Description:
Credit Controller:A multinational industrial manufacturing company based near Chancery Lane tube is looking to recruit a Senior sole charge Credit Controller.
Function: Operation involves sale of commercial and residential air- conditioner units to distributors based in UK, Russia and other EU countries. machines, sales of spare parts, field service and corrugating role business.
Turnover for 2006 was £45m and continue to expand in 2007 onwards
Report to: General Manager ? Group Finance Manager(Controller)
Job Description:
- Control of Accounts receivables with Customers
- Posting Payment from Customer into SAP system
- Acknowledge of Payment receipt (and relative Account receivable) to Customer
- Creation of AR ledger (including aging report) from SAP data
- Follow up with customer about their payment schedule weekly
- Planning for financial activity
- Investigating financial products (credit insurance, factoring scheme, etc)
- Analysis of customer?s creditability from D&B report, etc.
- Creation of the rule of credit limit against the customers
- Planning reporting function of account control on the operation system (SAP nor Microsoft Dynamic, Navision)
- Creation of cash flow forecast
- Creation of Deposit money plan
Credit Controller skills required
- Extensive experience within a Credit control environment.
- Solid working experience in credit control and accounting.
- Basic knowledge and experience in IT, especially SAP
- Basic knowledge and experience in IT, especially Microsoft Dynamic (Navision)
- Advance skill in MS excel, word, power point
- Good communication skills to manage several pieces of information from different sources.
- Good analytical skills required to gather information from different sources.
