Description:
A Central London based law firm is currently looking for an experienced Credit Controller from the legal industry, with experience with ARCS.Duties will include:
- Collecting high volumes of corporate and consumer debt
- Dealing with queries quickly and efficiently
- Issuing monthly statements to clients
- Producing accurate monthly aged debtor reports
- Liaising with partners and fee earners with regards to any credit control/client queries
- Setting up new accounts including credit checking
Skills required:
- Credit control experience from a legal environment essential
- Experience of ARCS essential
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Proactive, forward thinking, able to use own initiative
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Good organisational and time management skills
Working hours:
9.30am - 5.30pm
