Description:
A market leading communications company based in the City of London is currently recruiting a Credit Controller with proven experience within the field. Reporting into the Credit Manager, and working within a busy team of 8 in credit control, your duties will include:- Chasing outstanding debt via telephone, email, letter and fax
- Dealing with high volumes of accounts
- Identifying potential credit/risk issues to the Credit Manager
- Monitoring overdue accounts and issuing letters
- Daily cash allocation
- Credit checking new and existing accounts
- Setting and monitoring client credit limits
- Working towards monthly targets as set by Credit Manager
Skills required:
- Excellent telephone manner
- Proven business to business credit control experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to lead by example within a team
- Excellent communication skills
