Job: Credit ControllerLocation: West End, London
An expanding consultancy firm requires a pro active, experienced credit controller.
Duties
- Debt collection for two divisional debtors ledgers.
- Working on key, high profile accounts with high values of debt.
- Target driven on achieving monthly cash collection.
- Liaising with customers via telephone or e-mail.
- Regular interaction with Financial Controllers, Divisional Management Accountants and Project Managers on debt status.
- Identifying debtor payment issues.
- Providing weekly divisional debtors reports and updates to financial teams.
- Providing analysis for cash collection variances each month.
- Participating in weekly cash forecasting.
- Dealing with external and internal queries to debtors and sales ledgers.
Skills
- Previous credit control experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong ability to prioritise busy work load and still achieve monthly targets.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft programmes and especially excel.
- Agresso is desirable although not essential.
