Job: Credit Control and BillingsLocation: London Central
An exciting opportunity for a strong and experienced Credit Control and Billings Clerk has arisen to work for one of London's leading live entertainment advertising, design, sales and marketing organisations.
Based in excellent offices in Central London, the lucky applicant will be working in a thriving and fast-paced environment.
Duties include:
- Credit Control-chasing outstanding debts according to credit terms and conditions and following company procedures to recover debt
- Daily Banking of cash, and posting to sales ledger
- Sending out monthly statements of outstanding debts
- Updating cash flow
- Preparing weekly debtors report with notes for distribution to Directors.
- Distributing weekly debtors report to account handlers
- Liaising with account handlers
- Circulation of daily and weekly cash received
- Dealing with Customers queries
- Raising draft invoices and credit notes from client budgets
- Ensuring correct cost allocation is completed and purchase orders are raised
- Completion of Job bag reviews with account handlers
- Updating client budgets with invoices raised
