Description:
A public services client is looking for a credit controller to cover a backlog of work that has accumulated. This client is a high profile central government client with a medium to large, busy accounts team. This position would provide the successful candidate with a fantastic opportunity to gain further experience within credit control, expanding the experience and skills on their CV and making them in an evens stronger position for the next role. This role is a temporary vacancy for two months.The candidate will be required to chase overdue payments via the telephone, email and letter, enquire reasons of non payment and code these reasons. They must also have experience of dealing with queries and solving problems with non payments.
The candidate must be available as soon as possible and have experience in the following:
- Working within a credit control section
- Chasing overdue accounts
- Finding reasons for non payments
- Working within the public sector
- Intermediate Level Excel and Word
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work within a team
This role is ideal for candidates looking for a role to last until the beginning of the new year. It is a great client to have on your CV and the role would provide the right candidate with stronger levels of credit control experience needed to find them that ideal next role.
