Description:
A leading retail company in Central London is currently looking for a confident Credit Controller with proven experience within the field and strong communication skills.Working within a large credit control team, your duties will include:
- Responsible for a high volume of accounts
- Chasing outstanding debt via telephone, email, letter and fax (high volumes of calls)
- Building relationships with clients
- Improve cash flow and minimise bad debt exposure
- Post cash on a daily basis
- Dealing with customer queries
- Producing debtor reports on Excel
Skills required:
- Strong communication skills
- Highly self motivated with a confident and professional manner
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Ability to build strong relationships (internally and externally)
Benefits include a quarterly bonus based on targets, and a quarterly discretionary bonus.
