Description:
Job: Credit Controller Location: Bromley, KentWorking for an expanding company in Bromley, you will be solely responsible for all aspects of credit control, reporting directly to the Financial Controller.
Responsibilities will include:
- Cash Processing
- Inputting the daily debtor receipts onto the accounting system for three companies
- Input of credit notes on a daily basis for three companies
- Weekly credit note report analysis
- Chasing all debtors for 3 companies
- Continually reconciling debtor accounts and ensuring that customers are within their terms and limits
- Any adjustments that are needed to customer accounts
- General maintenance of customer accounts
- Printing monthly statements
- Sending out and updating all credit account applications
- Control customers on stop or over credit limits with authorization from management.
- Proceeding with legal actions to recover debts
- Controlling credit application process
