Description:
An expanding blue chip organisation is seeking credit control professionals to join their fast paced finance function. Reporting to the Credit Control Supervisor this role will involve achieving divisional cash collection targets. A great opportunity for a candidate with excellent communication skills to make a positive contribution to client relationships. You will be answering in-coming calls and deal with all queries promptly and accurately in support of cash collection activity as well as working with Operations to ensure all in coming queries are promptly dealt with. This role would suit a proactive individual who can improve processes. A high level of literacy and accuracy is required as you will be responsible for sending out statements and other documents as required. Experience of using the software package 'Dream' or 'JD Edwards' would be a distinct advantage, Excel skills are essential. The successful candidate will be keen, hardworking an have a ?can do? attitude.This particular vacancy would suit an individual with advanced Excel skills and a high level of IT literacy who enjoys problem solving. The successful candidate will also be responsible for credit checking new applications via online systems.
