Job: Credit Control, Maidenhead, BerkshireOur client is a leading developer and provider of industry specific software applications and business solutions to their chosen markets. They are looking for a credit controller to employ on a temp to perm basis.
Responsibilities:
- Day to Day telephone chasing
- Responding to queries, dealing closely with Contract department to
contractual queries - Dealing with an outsourced debt collection agency
- Working with accounts payable to reconcile accounts
- Posting cash
- Credit and Debit notes
- Direct Debit runs
- Banking queries
- Mail merging chasing letters
- Dealing closely with account managers to resolve queries on
accounts
Skills:
- Must be a team player and also able to work on their own initiative
- Able to work to tight deadlines with a target driven nature.
- Desirable to have experience in dealing with live accounts but not essential.
- Very strong telephone manner
- Excellent Excel skills
