Description:
Credit Control AdministratorReporting into the Credit Control Manager, this role involves chasing outstanding charges via telephone and letter and logging payment dates/queries.
Account reconciliations and liaising with the Sales Department.
Cash allocation and daily banking.
The successful candidate will be an energetic team player, and will view the initial challenge of the role as an opportunity.
Numerate and literate, you will be require to demonstrate articulate communication skills in respect of internal dialogue with colleagues and retained legal advisors and also, with the clients. It is essential that all cases are handled with uniform integrity and professionalism.
Adaptable, self-motivated and willing to further the service culture of the company, you will recognise the potential for creating a key position with this developing company.
Common sense and a sense of humour would also be advantageous in the delivery of this important and challenging role.
