Description:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Consumer Debt Collector to join a lively team in Manchester City Centre.This is very much a "hands on" role, and is an exciting opportunity to earn a competitive salary and up to an additional £600 per month in target related bonuses.
There is a strong team ethic, and various themed incentive schemes to encourage performance and teamwork.
Duties include;
- Managing incoming calls
- Processing payments
- Calling delinquent accounts and chasing payment
- Resolving queries on accounts and liaising with outside agencies
Skills:
- Experience of high volume consumer collections
- Strong and confident telephone manner
- Comfortable working within a target driven environment
