Description:
This is a job, as a credit controller, working for a large internet service provider based in Milton Keynes. The purpose of the role is to ensure the prompt resolution of queries generated by the Credit Control process facilitating a customer focused and effective cash collection process.The key objectives include:
- Liaising with collection agencies to ensure that all customer queries are resolved and outstanding debt can be recovered
- Action any whitemail received from customers or via the collection agencies within a timely manner
- Ensure customer details are updated within the agreed SLA
- Actively participate in the Credit control targets
- To maintain accurate records of work completed using a variety of systems required by each task
- Supporting the Credit Control Team Leader and Credit Control Manager in the relationship developed with the collection agencies
- Assist with defining and implementation of policies and procedures for B2C credit control
- Contacting customer by phone to resolve queries and collect debt
