Description:
Our client based in Witney is looking for a proactive credit controller to join their team.Job Specific Keys
· Manage portfolio keeping accurate and record of all activity
· Follow company process and procedure to ensure that chase path is followed and accounts are placed on Credit Holds as required.
· Bad debt must be kept within acceptable levels.
· Work with customers to resolve disputes and confirm cash collection date
· Liaise in a timely and effective manner with all internal customers as required.
· Continuously monitor accounts to ensure that escalations are completed at the correct time
· Offer process improvement solutions that will give continuous approval
· Ensure that daily operational tasks are achieved in accordance with target objectives and that all debtor and customer details are maintained accurately.
· Carry out site meetings with customers where necessary. .
Experience & Qualifications
· Credit experience preferably ICM qualified
· Strong knowledge and experience of working in a large in a corporate environment
· Strong communication and presentation skills both written and verbal
· Low value high volume account management
· Ability to work under pressure and be adaptable in a constantly changing environment.
· Good Motivational skills.
· Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise
