Description:
Job Profile:This is a great opportunity working for a leading organisation in their industry sector. You will report into the senior credit controller and be responsible for supporting the Senior Credit Controller to provide a robust credit control service for the centres allocated within the region.
As a key member of the regional finance team, the role will act as a link for credit control issues between regional finance and the local centre sales team/s.
- To chase overdue debts by telephone, fax or e-mail with follow up written letters as required up to litigation.
- To ensure sure the sales ledger is maintained
- Reconciliations
- Set up and maintain customer account details
- Allocation of receipts.
- To escalate all bad debt/legal accounts to Assistant Credit Control Manager
- Obtaining credit references as and when required.
- Resolve account queries
- Produce and place customer on stop list.
- Perform credit checks as and when required and submit to Credit
Skills:
- Minimum of 1 years experience in a credit control function
- GCSE Maths & English
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels

20 days rising to 25 with length of service
Hours:
Working to 2.00 - 12.00 every other Monday
9.00 - 5.30 Tuesday - Friday
