Description:
Job Spec:Reporting to Credit Manager, working within a team of 15 credit controllers, initially on a interim basis for a period of up-to 6 months, our client is seeking an experienced credit controller to assist them with a back log of overdue debts.
- Daily chasing of overdue debts, low value - high volume chasing
- Liaising with internal and external contacts
- Producing reports
- Payment allocations - via credit card, cash, cheque etc
- Query resolution
- Solely responsible for a ledger of about 300 accounts, with varying values
- Systems - Excel, in-house packages
Skills
- Previous experience of credit control is required
- Intermediate Excel is preferred
- Cash allocations experience is also preferred
