JOB! Credit Controller! Great Company!Key responsibilities:
To ensure that best practice is both shared and implemented within their operating company
Client Service:
· Provide a high level of service whilst protecting our security.
· Ensure all prepared communications are both of a high standard and timely.
· Seek to recommend alternative collection techniques and procedures as appropriate
· Always represent the company in a proficient and correct manner
Credit Control:
· Manages credit control function within agreed targets
· Review collection procedures with Client Managers
· Monitors credit limit and high involvements
· Work to targets
Analysis
· Monitor collection performance and recommend amendments to procedures as appropriate.
· Maintain up to date logs on all accounts.
Security
· Monitor for risk and possible fraud.
· Develop a detailed knowledge of clients and customers
