Description:
This is a job working as Credit Controller in South Manchester. Credit Control experience is vital as NO TRAINING will be given. It is an ongoing temporary job which will last at least until Christmas. The hourly rate is £8.90ph. You will be chasing debt on the phone, via email and through letters. You will be resolving any queries or issues that Patients or Insurance companies may have. The Organisation you will be working with are in the Healthcare sector - they are a very commercial company and operate flexible working hours and offer overtime.- Identify overdue accounts and run reports.
- Send out reminder letters (computerised or personal) to suit all requirements.
- Deal with all incoming queries by letter or telephone recording comments on the relevant accounting system
- Pursue payments with insurance companies and/or patients.
- Identify shortfalls and resolve queries
- Identify rejected claims
- Liaise and correspond with patients/representatives.
- Identify delinquent accounts
- Prepare accounts for collection agencies.
