Description:
A reputable company in Trowbridge is looking for a credit controller to join their collections team. Duties of the role include helping the company to maximise the collection of missed payments and dealing with customer queries in a prompt and timely manner.The successful candidate should be motivated and capable of working to goals and targets, possessing also a good phone manner. Prior credit control experience would be an advantage as would the ability to work under pressure.
Previous experience within credit control, collections and customer services.
