Description:
JOB!A large software company located in windsor is looking to recruit an additional credit controller to join it team.
The main focus of this position will be to collect debts and to enhance customer retention.
Skills:
- To incorporate a credit control function within the billing cycle and ensure all debtors are contacted
- The transferring of invoices and journals within the accounting systems
- To contact customers due for renewal.
- To liaise with the sales teams when required
- To work with other team members to ensure allocation of cash receipts are accurate.
- To assist with other adhoc duties as required to include but not limited to; administration duties; answering telephone calls/emails/faxes and processing of additional orders as required
- Previous credit control experience essential
- Strong experience gained within a customer administration or accounts assistant role within a face paced and target driven environment
- Strong experience of working with MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) within a customer administration role
