Description:
Based on the outskirts of Woking my client is looking to employee an experienced Credit Controller to join their friendly team. Being a small finance team they are looking for a candidate who is happy to take on additional tasks and has a "muck in" attitude towards their work.The successful applicant will be responsible for all credit control and sales ledger functions including chasing payments, control of credit limits and credit releases. Other duties will include:
- Chasing overdue and becoming due balances
- Cash flow forecasts
- Posting and allocating cash
- Authorising credit releases
- Supporting the Financial Manager
- Providing back up and support for Purchase Ledger
- Ad-hoc administrational duties as requested
- Proven Credit Control experience
- Knowledge of sales ledger procedures
- Excellent communication skills
- First class telephone manner
- Can do attitude
- Flexible approach to work load
