Description:
My client based in Tolworth is looking to recruit an experienced Credit Controller/Collections Agent to join their friendly team.Based in the Live Collections Team the successful individual will be required to maximise the collections of monies owned.
Key Responsibilities include:
- A high volume of outbound calls each day
- Dealing with queries and problems that may result in late payment
- Chasing clients and brokers when agreement fall in to default
- Ensuring that all collection activity is accurately recorded and documented
- Processes direct debits and card payments
To be considered for this position you must have the following key skills and experience:
- Previous experience in a Collections/Credit Control position
- Target motivated
- Strong communication skills
- Good negotiation skills
- PC literate
