Credit Control job - must be fluent in English and GermanMy client is looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join their friendly team based in Leatherhead. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and German, and will have extensive credit control experience.
Duties within the role include:
- Taking full ownership of the German ledger and be solely responsible for all aspects of credit control for these accounts
- Monitoring and chasing outstanding payments
- Dealing with customer queries and ensuring that problems are dealt with in a timely fashion
- Escalating any major issues or high risk customers to the credit manager
- Building excellent working relationships with both customers and internal colleagues
- Reporting on aged debt and providing accurate cash forecasts
