Description:
This role would be reporting in to the Credit Control Manager and duties would include:
- Collecting debt
- Liaison with departments to ensure deadlines are met
- Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
- Resolving customer queries
The successful candidate will have previous credit control experience and have an excellent telephone manner. They will be self-motivated, tenacious and resilient with a mind for problem solving. The ability to prioritise and strive to meet targets are essential.
A highly successful, awarding winning Telecoms company are looking to recruit 3 credit controllers in to their existing team of 5. Located in Vauxhall this company is growing rapidly and has a busy but fun work culture.
A salary of circa £18,000 is on offer.
