A new Credit Manager Role based in Birmingham.
An opportunity has arisen within a £150m t.o organisation for an experienced Credit Manager with a strong track record in risk assessment, relationship management and people management.
The successful candidate will ideally hold an ICM qualification and have previous experience of working within a high volume transaction environment.
Key Responsibilities include:

• Day-to-day management of 11 staff including 1 supervisor
• Setting of KPI targets for the team
• The team are responsible for cash collection for circa 5000 live accounts
• Credit risk assessment of current and new customers
• Management of credit insurance policy
• Customer visits
• Maximise both internal and external relationships to minimise debt
• Review of credit policies and procedures

Candidates must have worked at this level before and have excellent communication, IT and reporting skills.  An opportunity to join a stable team that has been lead by a successful Credit Manager.
