Description:
Experienced credit manager to work for this Aim listed distribution group with turnover exceeding £30 million. Reporting to the FC and supervising a small team in all the day to day activities you will take responsibility for effective cash management and accounts receivable function. You will initially be expected to improve and develop existing systems and procedures sort out problem clients and clear a back log .Previous troubleshooting experience and dealing with difficult clients is an advantage.You will be highly target driven with the ability to have an immediate impact on reducing average debtor days and motivating a small team.Hands on credit manager.
Previous supervisory experience
Good analysis and reporting skills
Diplomatic with good negotiating skills.
