Description:

Main Responsibilities:
  • Management and development of the Credit Policy Team
  • Development and implementation of the company's Credit Risk Management Strategy
  • Development, deployment, management and ongoing monitoring of the company's Credit Policy including risk assessment, customer segmentation and collections
  • Development and production of weekly and monthly management reporting to monitor and communicate performance to key stakeholders
  • To provide risk management and underwriting expertise for Corporate sales and acquisitions
  • To perform detailed credit analysis on the company's Corporate and Residential customer base in order to identify improvement areas
  • Develop and implement an ongoing communications strategy to raise credit awareness and improve policy compliance
  • To provide active project sponsorship of Credit Policy Team initiatives

  • Experienced Credit Manager with credit management experience in both consumer and B2B sectors
  • Detailed knowledge and understanding of Credit Scoring and Risk Management techniques essential in both consumer and B2B sectors
  • Working knowledge of Collections Techniques for both consumer & B2B
  • Experience in litigation and insolvency desirable
  • Fully PC literate with advanced Excel, Word and Powerpoint skills.
  • Utilities experience desirable but not essential
