Description:
UK and International Business Services organisation with offices across the UK, are currently looking for an experienced Credit Risk Supervisor to join their Leeds based office. This is a risk assessment and staff management role, focusing on all internal processes/procedures across the Credit Control function in relation to Consumer, SME and Corporate client accounts.Duties include:
Managing up to twelve staff - training, supporting and setting targets
Full risk assessment of internal policies and processes on different customer accounts, billings, fraud, regulatory issues
Ensuring policies and working practices are adhered to at all times
Supporting internal colleagues with regards risk-based issues
Weekly and monthly MI reporting
Developing effective risk models
Building internal relationships across all departments
Working to targets
Skills needed:
Experience of working in a credit risk based role
Good IT and analytical skills
Strong staff management experience is essential
Ability to motivate and target team
Must have good IT and systems skills
Must be a professional and effective relationship builder
