Description:
Robert Half the world wide leader in Finance and Accounting are recruiting for a Credit Control Administrator to work for a large Robert Half Exclusive company based in Edinburgh. The roll is on a temporary basis for 2-3 month to add additional help to the current accounts team. The success full candidate should have a vast experience in Credit Control or Rent Control and demonstrate a positive and correct attitude for this roll.The Role:
To effectively manage all credit and rent control administration in the Credit Control department. Ensuring all payments and Direct debits are posted to the correct rent and trade accounts. Driving the movement of all CRS supporting processes - posting payments Posting Direct Debits send and record pay in books data hygiene on rent and trade systems raise purchase orders recharge tenants sending payment plan letters and in change of terms letters.
- Payments - prepare cheque schedules for banking to process rent and trade cheques. Total credit card payments at the end of the day and reconcile to ensure the information is correct.
- Direct Debits - Record and set up new Direct Debit Mandates. Ensure the payment terms are correctly set up. Send out new mandates to tenants and the bank.
- Pay in books - Send out new pay in books to the tenants. Record the pay in book numbers with the banking teams to ensure the payments are easily identified when received.
- Carry out Data hygiene on Trade and Rent accounts.
- Sending payment plans and be in charge of terms letters as requested by the credit controller.
Salary & Benefits
£9.50 per hour plus Holiday Pay.
