Description:
The credit control role will involve high volume calling, chasing customers for outstanding payments. The credit admin role will involve logging customer queries, liaising with internal sales managers and producing customer statements and copy invoices and the allocation roles will include allocating high volumes of BACS and cheque payments to the system.
Suitable candidates will have
- previous experience within a credit or cash allocation environment
- SAP usage would be beneficial
- strong Excel skills to v-look ups and pivot tables for the credit admin position
Our client has been established for over 30 years and work within the service industry. They have recently relocated to premises in Northampton and offer a friendly working environment.
These roles are on a temporary to permanent basis and, along with a competitive salary, our client offers 20 days holiday + bank holidays, company pension scheme and other flexible benefits. Hours of work are 9.00am - 5.00pm with 1 hour for lunch.
