This should be done using concepts of metadata and all applications developed should be fully documented to enable other team members to perform this operation should there be a need. It is also expected that once the initial load procedures have been written, the turn around time for data load and the production of key reports should be within a couple of days.

The candidate must also have experience in gauging the timescales for any tasks that are carried out and to take full ownership of the delivery of the work. The candidate must be able to communicate the progress and produce status reports to the Portfolio Valuation Manager to ensure that tasks are being progressed in a timely manner and that all issues are raised, managed and resolved.
The candidate will be at least graduate level and will also have relevant and excellent communication skills to be able to understand the business requirements and to be able to convert this into a technical solution to obtain the answers required.
