We are currently working on behalf of a client in the Birmingham area who are looking to recruit a large number of debt collectors to work in these telephone based roles.Although previous experience of working within the field of telephone debt collection would be a great advantage, the client would consider CVs from people with extensive experience within other telephone based roles; such as telesales or customer services.
