Description:
Debt Management Operations Manager. Excellent benefits.An international debt solutions company is now looking to employ a debt operations manager to grow and run the department. The successful candidate will have risk management and credit analysis skills and be well versed in honing and subsequently managing systems and processes.
You will be adept at communicating at board level and building 3rd party supplier relationships. You will also have excellent team leading experience and be well versed in holding team appraisals and regular one to one meetings.
A nice meaty role for experienced collections and credit managers.
The salary for this role is £30,000 - £35,000 and the hours are 9-5pm with excellent benefits.
