The Company

A leading player in the retail banking sector with UK headquarters and offices in 60 countries currently with over 8 million customers.

Role

This senior role within the decision science team and will be responsible for:

Development of high-quality predictive models (response, attrition, underwriting, behaviour)

Forecasting of key drivers of customer lifetime value throughout the customer relationship

Accurate, timely deployment of models, data and customer value strategies

The team is SAS based and responsible for the development of customer-level predictive models and associated strategies for all customer touch points.

The Person

You will come from a background within Consumer Credit Risk, have ability to assemble and manipulate data sets and knowledge of development of credit risk scoring models. It is essential that you have knowledge of SAS – SAS BASE - SAS STAT and SQL, along with a degree in a numerate discipline.

The successful candidate can expect to receive a salary of £40k -£60k dependant on experience and an industry leading benefits package including excellent bonus opportunities, pension, holiday and share schemes. You would also receive a car allowance/company car.
