Working in a team of three and reporting to the Credit Control Manager, you will be responsible for the Credit Control function for the UK and Irish customer accounts.
Duties:
- Credit Control for all UK and Irish Customers via telephone, letter and email
- Monthly reconciliation of Customer Accounts
- Liaise with Operation and Sales regarding customer queries in order to achieve resolution
- Updating query log, debit note and Proof of Delivery requests
- Entry and allocation of Sterling and Euro Bank Accounts
- Daily processing of cheques to the bank
- Month end procedures such as automated and manual
- Statements, bank reconciliations etc
You must also be an enthusiastic and reliable individual, and have ability to work on your own as well as part of a team.
