Description:

Our client is looking for a Finance Manager to supervise a team of five accounts staff. Areas of responsibility will include:

• To manage the output of Management Accounts

• To prepare, check and issue regular weekly reports to internal and external customers

• To prepare Head Office departmental monthly and annual Budget and Forecasts

• To develop, maintain and control the general ledger

• To prepare and review all Balance Sheet reconciliations excluding those for Company Tax and VAT

• To instigate and develop a regular process to review

• To attend monthly operations team meetings

• To prepare the annual site budget

• To develop and maintain best practice throughout the finance team

• To ensure the timely settlement of all creditor invoices.


The ideal candidate would have:

• Experience in the leisure or retail sector

• The ability to motivate a team

• Excellent Communication Skills

• Pro-active attitude

• Understanding of gaming and tax implications is an advantage

Our client is located on the far eastern border of East Sussex.


£23000 - £25000 plus good company benefits:
