Urgent Accountant vacancy within a highly successful Private Equity and Venture Capital company. Having grown dramatically of recent times and currently aiming for flotation, a new position has been created for an experienced limited partnership accountant.

The role includes annual investor reporting, preparation of tax information, management of draw downs and distributions across all partnerships and therefore requires experience of limited partnership accounting. Additionally maintenance of the general ledger and maintenance of the share certificate register are also essential.

This is a excellent opportunity to work within a prestigious Private Equity house, alongside excellent people and within tight controls and advance systems. Only qualified accountants who understand limited partnership accounting should apply.
