Description:
The credit control position we are recruiting for will involve:
- Sole responsibility for the French ledger which is a new and developing market
- Ledger is comprised of live and suspended accounts and the role includes pre-legal work
- High Volume collection calls (50+ per day) from SME's, and independent retailer
- Developing relationships with clients
- Working to a rolling aged debt report that requires organisation and a proactive nature
- Create Aged Debt reports
- Working to cash collection targets
- Basic analysis Financial Statements
- Resolution of queries
The right candidate will speak fluent French, with Dutch or other European languages as a bonus.
They will have an understanding of collecting from a diverse customer base, be able to build rapport effortlessly and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. A background in customer service or a call centre will be looked upon favourably.
The right candidate will have demonstrable knowledge of collection from small business and in a high pressure high volume call environment.
They will be able to do formulas and v-lookups in Excel.
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
