Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Trainee - London

Harnham are seeking a bright, determined, sales oriented trainee consultant who wants the chance to break in to recruitment and make their mark with one of the most prestigious boutique agencies in London. You will be involved in the whole lifecycle from closing job offers, arranging interviews, advertising, networking, headhunting, entertaining clients, breaking in to new businesses & account management. You will be communicating daily with industry leaders and placing the majority of your candidates at the £50,000-100,000 level where good communication skills and rapport building skills will be a must.

Essential Skills include:

2:1 Degree
A strong desire to succeed
Good communication skills

If you are successful you will benefit from 1-2-1 training over a 6 month period, a generous commission scheme, private health insurance, reduced gym membership, team trips abroad and the chance to earn a six figure salary within 24 months.

Location: Wimbledon / London (With some travel to client sites for meetings)

Salary: £20-25,000 + Benefits + Bonus + Commissions (Yr 1 £35K-45K) (Yr 2 £75K-105K)
