About the role
You'll be joining the team within our Retail Credit Risk department that assesses all our unsecured business. That's things such as applications for personal loans, credit cards or new accounts. Using a variety of scoring models and systems, you'll assess each application and make the decision on whether it's approved. Ultimately you'll be helping us to strike the right balance of risk and reward for us, our customers and our potential customers.
About you
You'll be the kind of person who works to a high level of detail and ideally have experience of using data dispute or credit scoring techniques and systems such as Autoscore SM. You'll also need Excel, ACCESS and MI experience . We expect you'll be a graduate, either in risk management or another numerate discipline. Either way you'll have strong analytical skills and be a confident communicator with the ability to both support and challenge.
