The Company
The permanent division of Robert Half Finance & Accounting is looking to recruit a Head of Financial Accounts for an established multi sited retail and leisure PLC, based in Milton Keynes.The Role
The Head of Financial Accounts role is a challenging role that will encompass overseeing the quality and timeliness of the financial accounting department. As part of this challenging role you will be expected to ensure the company complies with the banking facilities agreement. The parameters of the role also extend to supervising payroll, purchase ledger, revenue and cash management. You will be reconciling monthly and yearly balance sheets and will also produce statutory accounts for 20 companies within the group. My client is looking for an ACA, ACCA, ACMA or CIMA qualified accountant who is financially bias but most importantly has experience of managing finance teams. Communication skills are key; my client is renowned for developing staff and providing clear career paths for driven individuals. This role is positioned to be the right hand person to the FD and will be a senior role within the finance function. My client has a clear need and the role will provide an ideal platform for someone to build on their career to date.
