Description:
The RoleThis role uses detailed analysis of portfolio dynamics and P&L in order to maximise performance of Unsecured Collections comprising of Loans, Current & Savings accounts. The role holder is responsible for developing, testing, and implementing new strategies that will improve performance and significantly reduce expected credit losses and as such enable financial targets to be delivered/exceeded. The role holder will also be responsible for managing Unsecured Collections Portfolio Analytics with oversight of monthly reporting and deep drill analysis.
What we are looking for
You must have sound knowledge and proven experience of unsecured products (in a Collections, Underwriting or Credit Risk) environment. Also, you must have strong analytical and strategy development skills. A detailed knowledge of credit risk cycle / portfolio drivers / product features is also essential. You must also have excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal) - communicating to senior levels ie the Risk Director.
