Prestigious banking organisation based in London is currently recruiting a Head of Collections Strategy & Policy to join their UK Risk division.The key responsibilities of the role are as follows:
• Design and implementation of analytically based solutions to generate long-term, sustainable value
• Development, implementation and testing of collection strategies and policies that leads to improved credit risk management and value creation.
• Consistently deliver performance tracking, and key collections/productivity reporting
• Strategically contribute to the development and implementation of business plans for Risk Management and Collections.
• Experience with risk management tools including: statistical models, data mining and segmentation tools/methods
Candidates must have a strong knowledge of the complete credit cycle, experience in building and deploying leading edge collections strategies and substantial experience in consumer credit, gained in a sophisticated risk management environment,
