Description:

A market leading business services group based in the South East, is currently looking for a highly skilled credit professional with proven experience of effectively running the entire order to cash process of a business.

Working within a large shared service centre, reporting into the SSC Director, your role will be to manage the entire revenue function of the business (approximately 120-150 staff), whilst effectively managing change within the group. You will have established skills in managing large numbers of staff, and proven experience in implementing successful and commercial strategic policies and processes for the revenue function, including risk management, credit management, system implementation and upgrades, and outsourcing.


You will be a dynamic individual with strong expertise in the order to cash / credit control and revenue field, capable of putting into place an effective business plan and vision for the organisation, handling change management projects efficiently, whilst maintaining the current strong cash flow position of the company.
