The RoleThis vital role to the business is to manage the Impairment Process for a £17 billion consumer lending portfolio by developing an appropriate set of portfolio-specific analytics, standardizing impairment methodology, diagnostic metrics, and tracking tools to ensure adequacy of Loan Loss (Impairment) Reserve.
This role will also be responsible for managing and leading a high performance risk team (professional with advance degree, up to 5).
