Description:
My client based on the outskirts of Reading is looking for a Credit Controller to join their team on a ongoing temporary basis. The team is made up of approximately 15 collection officers, all of whom are experienced when getting on the phones and collecting outstanding debts.The ideal candidate for this position would be somebody with a real drive and passion for progression.
On a day to day basis you would be :-
· Contacting customers via telephone to confirm payment
· Ref current debts and any outstanding monies arranging
· Courier collection via the Internet
· Raising queries resolving with the sales team
· Releasing orders once confirmed any accounts due are paid
· Requesting transmission report or faxed copy of cheque
As this is a quick moving environment, you must be self motivated, enthusiastic, reliable and have excellent communication skills.
