OVERVIEW:
Online Insight / Digital Direct Marketing Manager required by a hugely successful London based organisation. Continued success for this leading UK online interactive gaming and betting company has paved the way for a range of exciting new opportunities and online services to be launched! A new head of digital / online marketing is required to help review, improve and maintain a complete online strategy and will provide a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate!

THE ROLE:
You will work closely with insight and data analysts, marketers, web teams and the senior management board to help formulate and implement a successful online strategy for the business. Your role will be diverse and challenging and will require you to investigate, maintain and improve existing processes in order to create a successful structure for all digital marketing processes encompassing; affiliate marketing, email, paid and organic searches. You will hold responsibility for all online services, portals and marketing / campaign activity (including ROI, performance analysis and reporting, segmentations and recommendations), covering areas such as;

- Online direct marketing campaigns and CRM strategies; acquisitions, retentions, loyalty programmes, win back campaigns etc
- Working in conjunction with data / analytical teams using tools such as SAS, SPSS, SQL, Excel etc to integrate the results of insight analysis into the direct marketing strategies
- Affiliate marketing links and agency management
- Web analytics; SEO, PPC, Oraganic Searches, Competitor Analysis
