Job Title:            Sales Ledger Administrator
Reports to:        Team Leader
Location:            Woking
 
Job Purpose:
 
To assist the Team Leader Billing with billing processes and ensure billing occurs on time to an agreed level of quality.
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
Ø       Raising invoices and credit notes on open accounts
§         Invoicing extra works
§         Invoicing contractual sales
 
Ø       Assisting with the administration of the billing processes
§         Printing and mailing invoices
§         General administrative duties
§         Maintaining documentation of billing processes
 
Ø       Ensuring reporting is completed in a timely manner
 
 
 
Qualifications and Experience
Ø       Experience within a Sales ledger team
Ø       Familiarity with Sales ledger  processes and functions
 
Skills:
Ø       Excellent organisational skills
Ø       Good communication skills
Ø       Computer Literacy, particularly Microsoft Excel
Ø       An ability to work under pressure and use own initiative
Ø       An ability to meet deadlines
