An excellent opportunity to work for a multinational financial services company in a role focused on portfolio management and analysis.
Role:
The purpose of the role is to support the key analysis, reporting and management of the business portfolio. This will be achieved through a variety of methods and processes – e.g. validating existing provisions models. A thorough understanding of the functionality and effectiveness of provisions models will therefore be essential.
Whilst working on provisions models and loss forecasting, the successful candidate will be working in close liaison with the scoring and strategy teams to develop customised portfolio tracking metrics across all key portfolio tests, resulting in significant credit changes. In short, he/she will work with them to perform research and analysis of adverse portfolio trends, identify root causes and suggest remedial action plans. The candidate will be expected to provide insight and recommendations to the business when reviewing the portfolio against external benchmarks.
