Description:
A large property company requires an experienced credit controller to work in all aspects of credit control related to all aspects of property related debt.Duties
- Will be working in a team environment but on own ledger of clients.
- Will be responsible for all aspects of debt recovery of rent, service charges, insurance and other property related debt.
- Will be chasing outstanding debt via phone or writing and also using solicitors if required.
- Liaising with Asset managers and other departments in order to help solve queries.
- Despatching invoices and reminders.
- Arranging refunds.
- Analysing financial information on new and existing clients.
Skills
- Basic knowledge of interpreting business accounts.
- Must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Strong ability to prioritise a busy workload and still hit deadlines.
- Good verbal, telephone and written communication skills are essential.
- After initial training must be able to work using own initiative and without close supervision.
- Ideally must have a minimum of 5 GCSE O Levels including English and Mathematics grade C or above.
