Description:

A large property company requires an experienced credit controller to work in all aspects of credit control related to all aspects of property related debt.
Duties
  •  Will be working in a team environment but on own ledger of clients.
  • Will be responsible for all aspects of debt recovery of rent, service charges, insurance and other property related debt.
  • Will be chasing outstanding debt via phone or writing and also using solicitors if required.
  • Liaising with Asset managers and other departments in order to help solve queries.
  • Despatching invoices and reminders.
  • Arranging refunds.
  • Analysing financial information on new and existing clients.

Skills
  •  Basic knowledge of interpreting business accounts.
  • Must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Strong ability to prioritise a busy workload and still hit deadlines.
  • Good verbal, telephone and written communication skills are essential.
  • After initial training must be able to work using own initiative and without close supervision.
  • Ideally must have a minimum of 5 GCSE O Levels including English and Mathematics grade C or above.
